1. Deposits & Payments
Deposits are required to secure your order and range between 20-50%, depending on the specifications of your building. The remaining balance is due before the erection of the building or before delivery for "delivery-only" orders.

2. Warranty
All garden rooms come with a 1-year standard warranty covering structural integrity and material defects. Customers have the option to purchase an extended indemnity policy for additional warranty coverage.

3. Groundworks & Base Installation
We use GBGS Ltd (www.gbgs.co.uk) for all ground screw base installations. By choosing this option, customers agree to abide by GBGS Ltd's terms and conditions regarding ground screw installations

4. Delivery & Installation
Delivery dates are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
Customers must ensure clear access to the site for delivery and installation.

5. Refund Policy


All orders are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, refunds are not available once production has commenced. Customers working to a shorter timescale may be required to waive their refund rights upon placing an order.

6. Customer Responsibilities
Adequate site access and clearance must be provided.
Any additional work outside the agreed specifications may incur extra charges.

7. Liability & Indemnity
GD Garden Rooms is not liable for damage caused by misuse, extreme weather conditions, or alterations made by the customer.
Any issues arising from third-party installations (e.g., ground screws by GBGS Ltd) must be addressed directly with the respective provider.

8. Amendments & Updates
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes where applicable.
